BIOGRAPHY
Brett Stanning is a screenwriter, and sometimes director, with a love of comedy and big ideas. Since devouring RMIT University's Professional Screenwriting course in 2003/04 he received AFC funding to direct his 2007 Raw Nerve short script Play. He script-edited two of the four scripts that went on to secure the same funding the following year.
Over the last two years Brett's written two spec feature scripts: crime/comedy Untrue Crimes and sci-fi/action Personal Space and was also commissioned to write a first draft of psychological horror/thriller Murder In The Dark for Script to Screen PL, which is currently in development.
